Ms. Simmons was kind, polite, empathetic, and very personable. Her professionalism was a cut above! She was knowledgeable about the current market and she didn't push or rush me to make a life-long decision on a purchase. She made the entire process simple and was willing to hold my hand through the entire process! Amazing realtor! She is literally the best out here. I searched for weeks looking for a home for myself and my family to only be met with disappointment as I could never get a call back on the few properties available that I actually liked. When I ran across a listing with Jen’s information, I called her and at first got her voicemail which was the most pleasant and kind voicemail greeting. She called me back right away. We discussed my family goals and she managed to get us into every property we wanted to look at with no issues and it was extremely timely. Most properties, I was able to see within 24 hours.
